Community Education Program (C.O.P.E.) The Community Parenting Education Course (C.O.P.E. course) is a parent
training program for parents who have children with a variety of disruptive
behaviour disorders. The program has been designed to improve availability,
improve utilization, improve parenting skills, build problem solving skills,
improve family functioning, develop supportive personal networks, and
increase utilization of local resources. The program has been extensively
evaluated, and has been offered in a number of communities and countries
over the past decade.
